We delivered a fresh office space for an award-winning dynamic team of property experts, right in the heart of Leeds. An industrial design theme was at the heart of this office design & build project, that allowed us to create a modern commercial interior for our young clients.

We have introduced crittall style office partitions to create a unique and open office feel. The crittall style glazed partitions and doors were also used for the two meeting rooms as they offer low sound transmission, ideal for noisy meeting rooms.

The gorgeous industrial space with exposed utilities in the ceiling and wooden flooring was complemented by modern industrial furniture, combining the old and the new for a striking take.

Glass, metal and wood were gracefully combined to enhance the industrial vibe of the space and the dark tone materials such as the leathers in the ergonomic office chairs also paired particularly well with all the other industrial features.
