Our team was presented with a unique challenge: to create an office space that captures Barratt David Wilson homes' modern, collaborative atmosphere while meeting budgetary requirements. Through expert ideas and close collaboration with our client, we crafted the perfect concept for their new workspace.

The design of this office was carefully curated so that its occupants would feel both inspired and comfortable. Natural wood finishes were blended with contemporary accents, such as glass partitions and a custom reception desk to create an inviting atmosphere for collaboration. An eye-catching feature wall displaying the company logo served as the focal point of the space, emphasizing their identity while adding warmth to this modern workspace.

Along the journey of constructing this project, we encountered a few testing hurdles such as limited space and an exacting timeline. To counter these issues, our team formulated a meticulous plan that was upheld through constant communication with contractors every step of the way. Additionally, keeping clients regularly updated allowed us to guarantee their requirements were satisfied in full.

Our recently completed office space provides the perfect balance between contemporary design and efficient functionality, offering a range of workstations, private offices and meeting rooms to suit any type of working style. The break-out area is designed for comfort with modern seating options plus a kitchenette; meanwhile in the conference room there's an advanced audio-visual system so you can stay connected whatever your needs may be! Additionally, this workspace also houses numerous sustainability measures such as energy efficient lighting systems, low flow plumbing fixtures coupled with full new/improved HVAC - all helping to not only reduce its environmental impact but also improve performance whilst saving money on costly energy bills too.

The newly constructed office has made a stellar impression – exceeding the expectations of the client and garnering positive responses from those who have seen it. Its open floor plan, flexible workspaces, and sustainable features encourage collaboration amongst employees while promoting an efficient work environment full of modern comforts that are in line with the client's values.
