To make things as smooth as possible, preparation is key when it comes to an office move! Before moving, we will conduct a workplace consultation to understand your needs. Then, once you have a few offices selected by our designers, we can accompany you to office viewings to help make the right decision.

If you want to recycle your old office furniture, that’s not a problem – we have partnerships with recycling contractors who will make sure that your old office furniture is recycled properly. Not only is this great for the environment, but it also gives you something to shout about.
Make sure all important documents are packed safely
As you can imagine, this is one area that we cannot manage on your behalf. So it’s important to pack all the necessary documents and organise things so that you can easily find them from your new workplace. Don’t forget to also make copies of any important digital files, to minimise the risk of loss – this is a simple but crucial step!
