Bracken Workspace Plus

What started as a tannery back in 1876 has been restored into an agile, industrial-style and spacious co-working space in Leeds. We worked with Bracken Workspace Plus to transform the building, optimise its existing and defining features - such as the high ceilings and tall windows - and keep its industrial roots present throughout the building. The Tannery now boasts bright and vibrant meeting rooms, smaller and more private spaces, a contemporary reception desk and sociable communal areas. As part of the renovation, we also converted an old smoking area into a usable, sheltered and multi-functional communal space. The Tannery is now a fantastic hub to offer professionals everything they need, and more!
