We refurbished and extended a space that didn’t reflect the Connective3 branding any longer, transforming it into a hybrid workplace, all while creating an enjoyable and collaborative experience - so that their team can be happy and thrive in their roles.

From doubling the amount of space for more desks, to developing more meeting and zoom rooms, we wanted to ensure we are creating an enjoyable experience for their team to work both individually, but also as a team.

Key changes included, but were not limited to opening up and extending the original space, enabling them to have more working and socialising spaces to match their rapidly-growing headcount, a fresh new look with added greenery and signage to create a positive and creative workspace and a key event space to run internal and external events, complemented by a bar with a Prosecco and Beer tap.
