The transformation of an old and much-loved bar in the heart of Leeds city centre into contemporary and stylish office spaces. The venue held lots of memories for party-goers over the years but was in need of a complete overhaul. The refurbishment kept much of the building's iconic industrial features and exposed brick walls to transform the venue into a variety of functional spaces to be used as offices. The building can now house some great Yorkshire businesses that will be able to enjoy the perks of being in the city centre whilst also experiencing a beautiful historic building that is loved by many.
