As James Hambro & Partners opened their first regional office on Park Row, Leeds, we have been given the amazing opportunity to inject a brand new lease of life for an iconic office space and create a bright and comfortable workplace that reflects the brand.

The result was a welcoming, warm and professional workspace with a hint of industrial style, that incorporates a rich colour palette and textures with a touch of luxury.

Within the rebranding, a softer palette has been identified and we worked with this to inject colour into the space to provide an interior that enhances the working environment. The palette compliments the look and feel of the Mayfair office, but brings a slight twist to emphasize the industrial canvas of the new space.

Another key element to the new branding was the strong curve, that we used in details to create a visual language that relates directly to the brand.
