Leeds Bradford Airport

Millions of passengers travel through Leeds Bradford Airport each year, and their airport lounges are an important part of the travel experience for many visitors. To enhance this experience even further, we worked with LBA to design and fit out a refurbishment of The Yorkshire Lounge. Keeping visitors at the heart of our solution, we installed a range of different soft seating to cater to the different individuals and groups using the lounge. Comfortable and durable materials were selected for furniture and flooring to ensure the refurbished lounge could withstand high footfall, and alongside the installation of stylish acoustic baffles, we were able to improve the acoustics of the space to produce a relaxing environment for travellers to enjoy. The airport’s Yorkshire roots were also embedded in the space with a Leeds cityscape wall feature and branded elements. The Yorkshire Lounge now offers a comfortable, inviting and high-end experience to those visiting!
