Location: Leeds | Date: August 2020 | Size: 10,000sqft
Nomad Foods acquired a spacious new base in Leeds to act as a Northern Hub for employees. Nomad Foods brought us in to design and deliver an agile, creative and professional environment. We worked closely with key decision makers within the business to understand the wants and needs of the team, allowing us to translate their requirements into a bespoke environment.
We designed the space to represent the portfolio of brands under Nomad Foods - Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s, and Goodfella’s, with brand colours and logos incorporated throughout. The concept we designed offered flexibility to those using the space, allowing teams to choose between working collaboratively or individually, formally or informally. We created an open plan desk area, broken up with soft seating to provide opportunity to move away from desks. Two kitchens were also installed, one on each floor, featuring a staff kitchenette and presentation kitchen, both of which have a contemporary and residential feel to them. Multiple meeting rooms were also created, each a different size catering to a different need and number of people.
