St James House

Our St. James project was a comprehensive four-floor fit-out, starting from the basement up to the CAT A office. We revitalized St. James House's entrance area to present an up-to-date and welcoming image to our clients. Our unique installation of acoustic timber feature walls and bespoke banquette created a cozy and inviting waiting area and landing zone. We incorporated natural woodgrains and fresh greens to heighten the aesthetics of all communal areas.

In the basement, we revamped the service rooms and included a plush new shower room with locker facilities to promote bike-to-work schemes. Our dedicated bike store features a secure and dry environment for storing and servicing bicycles. Finally, we stripped back the second-floor space to a CAT A fit-out with fresh flooring and paint throughout, as well as a brand-new tea point, ready for new tenants.
